What is the maximum capacity of this space?
Our venue capacity is 200-225 seated guests and 300 guests for a mixture of seated tabled and standing room.
How many hours are included in the venue rental?
The venue rental hours are tailored to suit the size and style of the event and can be customized to meet the event's specific requirements.
What type, size and quantity of tables do you have?
We have 5-foot round tables and 8-foot rectangle tables.
Is the room accessible for disabled guests?
Yes, Celebrations On Park is fully accessible on one level with handicap-accessible facilities.
Is there a secure area to store boxes and decor?
Yes, any items can be stored in secured event department office.
What time could we access the venue for set-up?
Celebrations On Park will be accessible for set-up 2 hours before the event. If additional time is required, you will need to coordinate this with our event director.
What is included in this rental (i.e., linens, votives, candles, chargers, napkins)?
All table linens, cutlery, plates, chairs, and tables are included in the room rental. We also provide our clients with a full rental decor catalog of items that can be rented directly through, such as candles. chargers, and much more!
Will your staff set up more extensive decor if we bring it in before the event?
Any specialty decor items are to be set up by the client. We do offer our staff for assistance at a fee.
Does your staff aid in setting tables, lighting cancles and/or specific napkin folds?
Yes, our staff will set all tables with specified napkin folds, standard decor, as well as light candles.
What is your policy on open flames?
We allow open flame candles as long as they are displayed in a way that the flame is not exposed.
Are there decorating restrictions that we would need to be made aware of?
All decor items are allowed as long as it does not damage any of the walls, ceiling, or any part of the room.
What is your policy on sparklers, confetti, and rose petals?
We allow cold flame sparklers. However, no confetti or rose petals are permitted.
